This vintage dead pawn bracelet, obtained on one of our recent trips through the pawn shops of the Southwest, is one of the most unique pieces we have ever seen. The bracelet features two rows of silver road runner birds (the road runner is the state bird of New Mexico), each with a tiny piece of turquoise for its eye and another, larger piece of turquoise in its body. We have quite honestly never seen a piece like this, and we have no idea how old it is but it appears to be rather old.

This unique bracelet measures 5 3/4 of an inch plus a gap of 1 1/4 of an inch and is 1 1/2 inches wide. On our postal scale, this piece weighed in at 64 grams. The bracelet is not stamped as to silver content but we believe it is sterling. On the inside bottom of the bracelet, there appears to be a very small hallmark that is too faint to really read or identify.
