Here's a very attractive, handmade, sterling silver & turquoise barrette that we purchased at a jewelry & crafts co-op on the Navajo Reservation in northern Arizona.
This medium sized barrette features a turquoise stone at the center and is adorned with hand stamped, Native American designs from end to end.
It measures 3" long, 3/4" wide, and it weighs 11 grams. The back is stamped STERLING.
This very nice example of handmade Native American art will make a terrific addition to your jewelry box, or a wonderful and inexpensive gift.
