This is a Harvey era turquoise brooch/pin. It's from around the 1920's to 1930's, and the stone is a deep green in color. This was a very popular style made by the companies that specialized in what is called "tourist jewelry" in the early to mid 1900s...and it is very collectible.

The pin measures 2 and 1/4 inches across and is 1 and 1/8 inches in height in the front... It weighs 11.2 grams on our postal scale. It's neither signed by it's maker nor stamped as to silver content, which is common of the jewelry of that era.
