Here's a beautiful, turquoise and sterling silver bracelet that was handmade by the amazingly talented Navajo artist Murphy Platero.
As the pictures displayed above will show you, Murphy made this unusual bracelet to feature it's gorgeous turquoise stone that he set in a smooth silver bezel. He mounted the stone on his unique, six wire sterling silver shank.
The bracelet measures 5+1/2" long on the inside plus there's a gap of 1+1/8". It weighs a quite comfortable 18 grams and has some flexibility so the size can easily handle a small adjustment.
The back is stamped sterling and it has Murphy's hallmark.
This terrific example of genuine, handmade, Native American art will certainly make a wonderful, and affordable, addition to your jewelry collection.
