Here's a very unusual, and quite attractive, 10 strand, liquid silver and turquoise bead watch/bracelet that would make a terrific addition to just about anyone's Native American jewelry collection.
This bracelet was made with ten strands of liquid silver (on each side of the watch face) that are interspersed with small groups of turquoise beads.
Because the artist added an extender chain the bracelet can fit any wrist that measures between 6+1/2" and 7+3/4". It weighs a very comfortable 27 grams.
There is no artist's hallmark nor any indication of the silver purity.
However we were told that it was made by a local Navajo artist.
When we found it at a well known jewelry trader in western New Mexico it was the only one that they had in their inventory. Since we've never seen another watch that looks anything like this one it's very possible that this is a one-of-a kind piece.
So, if you're looking for something that's beautiful, and very attractive, this piece may be just for you.
Please see the pictures displayed above to see the true beauty of this wonderful example of genuine, Native American art.
