Here's a terrific spiny oyster & sterling silver bracelet that was handmade by the very talented Navajo artist Alfred Martinez.
Alfred made this bracelet to feature it's absolutely stunning, multi-colored, highly polished, spiny oyster "stone' which he set in a silver bezel. He mounted the "stone" on a nicely carved silver base which he adorned with applied silver leaves, curls and raindrop beads.
The inside of the bracelet measures 5+1/4" long plus there is a gap of 1+1/4". It measures 1+5/8" wide at the center and it weighed in at a quite comfortable 30 grams. The shank has some flexibility so a small, careful, size adjustment can be made.
The back is stamped sterling and has Alfred's hallmark (AM).
