Here's a terrific pair of jasper bead earrings that were handmade by the multi-talented Santo Domingo Pueblo artist Maggie Garcia.

These earrings measure 2+3/4" long (including the ear wires) and they weigh a very comfortable 6.6 grams (3.3 grams each).

Maggie made these earrings by stacking different shades, and various shapes, of jasper beads on silver wires.

As the pictures displayed above will show you the results are quite stunning.

We are the only sellers on the internet that sell Maggie's earrings, bracelets and necklaces and we're very proud to be able to represent her. Over the past several years she has become a very close friend of ours and she is certainly one of the nicest, and most generous, people that we have ever met.

After many years of working for the local school system, and making her jewelry as a hobby, Maggie recently retired and now spends most of her time making traditional Santo Domingo style jewelry. Also, because of her wide variety of talents, she now makes some of her jewelry in several more contemporary styles.

Maggie is well known for making beautiful but affordable jewelry, and these earrings are a perfect example of just that.
