Here's a pair of #8 turquoise and sterling silver earrings that were handmade by the very talented Navajo silversmith Jake Sampson.

These earrings feature beautifully matched #8 turquoise stones that Jake set in smooth silver bezels and surrounded with silver twisted ropes. He mounted the stones on very nicely carved silver bases.

The earrings measure 1+3/8" long (including the ear wires) and they weigh a very comfortable 6.4 grams (3.2 grams each).

The back of each earring is stamped .925 (sterling) and have Jake's hallmark (J.S.)

These stones are among the most collectible of all types of turquoise due to their rarity, beauty and very high quality.
